Almazara
The Almazara is the one that gives meaning to the hacienda: it is the factory for transforming olives into oil and also responsible for all the dependencies of the building: rooms, corrals, kitchen and foreman rooms, atahona, galleries, 2 stables, tinajó, well and pillar, shipyards, barns, as well as 84 sitting jars and 84 arrobas of ship, which are in the sun warehouse.
The decorative elements inside the mill are surprising, not unrelated to other dependencies of the hacienda such as the shipyards or winery, which make this industrial construction a harmonious building that can have other uses today.
